PRIVACY
What this site collects, and what it doesn't.
Effective 23 October 2026
The early-access form
When you send the form, we receive your work email and anything else you choose to fill in: your name, company and what your agent does. We use it only to reply about early access and to set up a first test. We don't sell it, share it for advertising or add you to a marketing list.
Submissions are processed by Formspree, which forwards them to us by email. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
Booking a call
The homepage can show a calendar for booking a call with Yusef. It is run by Cal.com and loads only when you press "Show available times"; until then nothing is requested from Cal.com. Once it loads, Cal.com handles that calendar, including any cookies it sets. If you book, Cal.com sends us your name, email and anything you add to the booking, and we use them only to hold the call and follow up about early access.
Mail to hello@scopehaven.dev is forwarded by ImprovMX to the inbox of Scopehaven's founder, Yusef Syed. We keep it to continue the conversation.
Browsing the site
The site has no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels or cookies, and its fonts and images are served from scopehaven.dev itself. Nothing loads from another site unless you open the booking calendar. It stores one setting in your browser's session storage so the opening animation plays once per visit; it never leaves your browser and clears when you close the tab.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any web host, processes request details such as your IP address to serve and protect the site.
The workbench
Runs and evidence stay on your machine; the workbench does not upload them to Scopehaven.
Your choices
Email hello@scopehaven.dev to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, and we'll do it. We delete form submissions once they're no longer needed for an early-access conversation, or sooner on request.
If this page changes, the date above will change with it.
